Often referred to as "The Rock", the small island has had many facilities - a lighthouse, a military fortification, a military prison from the late 1850s to 1933, and a federal prison from 1933 until 1963. Brown designed the clock tower after the 12th-century Giralda bell tower in Seville, Spain, and the entire length of the building is based on an arched arcade. On top of the building is a 245-foot tall clock tower, with four clock dials, each 22 feet in diameter.

Über uns

Culturally entrenched in California for 90 years, our legacy, reputation and heritage run deep. Our story begins at the intersection of bold and simple. This is at the core of everything we do. And we do it with a group of engaged, persuasive and culturally relevant humans who never stop believing there is always a way and never stop defying problems. Makers of all types: writers, artists, producers, strategists, hackers, moms, dads, college dropouts, PhDs, all adept at sorting through facts and turning them into feelings to drive consumers to want what we are selling. And yes, we are salespeople, too. Established yet nimble, we ask and answer the right strategic questions, are openly collaborative and take advantage of the unlimited opportunities that surround us in today’s marketing world. We bring optimism. The world has enough devil’s advocates. And besides, the devil doesn't need any more help.
